Toilet Update
Heidi's and my plumbing adventure has proven to be a success! A month after a record-high water bill (in which I was billed for using 8,000 gallons!), this month's bill was back down to the normal flat rate for 3,000 gallons or less - about a third the cost of life with a running toilet.
