Sooo ... you object to people living places without a heat index? Or (as I expect) you object to people pointing out that you can't really complain about the "heat" in the northern plains when you never spend more than a couple of days over 100 each year. :)
I could see my breath this morning...INSIDE my apartment. (I miss insulation. And central heating.) How about if we trade for a while, or at least try to average out the temperature between the two of us?
