"But," thought I, "I've made dozens of waffles with nary a spritz of Pam on this baby! I'm sure it will be fine.
The good news? This is some darn good waffle mix - that I got to enjoy with no butter or syrup as I painfully picked out the pieces. And the waffle iron survived my overconfidence. :P
