OK, not quite yet - but my mortgage finally got the last of the rubber stamping about an hour ago, so closing is on for Monday afternoon as scheduled!
Then the seller signs on Tuesday morning, and I get the keys at 1:00 p.m.
Then all the work starts. :) I can hardly wait!
